    By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

    If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

    2. Safety Disclaimer

    Before assembling or using any INNODIGYM fitness equipment or accessories, you must read and follow the applicable user manual, safety instructions, warnings, and product guidance.

    You are responsible for using the Products safely and only for their intended purposes.

    Only accessories authorized or approved for use with the applicable Product should be used.

    Exercise involves inherent risks. Before beginning an exercise program, you should consider consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to exercise safely.

    If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, or other unexpected or adverse symptoms while exercising, stop exercising and seek appropriate medical assistance.

    Content available through the INNODIGYM website, applications, videos, social media channels, or other materials is provided for general informational and demonstrative purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

    3. Eligibility

    By using the Services, you represent that:

    • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
    • Information provided by you is accurate and current;
    • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
    • You will use the Products and Services in accordance with applicable laws, instructions, and safety requirements.

    Minors may use applicable Products only where permitted by law and with appropriate adult supervision.

    4. Accounts

    Certain features may require an INNODIGYM account.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

    You must not provide unauthorized persons with access to your account.

    Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

    Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

    • Carrier disruptions

    • Natural disasters
    • Public holidays
    • Strikes
    • Government actions
    • Supply chain disruptions
    • Other force majeure events

    Certain remote areas or destinations outside our standard fulfillment coverage may require special arrangements or additional charges.

    For supported markets and eligible destinations, Product prices include applicable taxes and standard shipping under our standard fulfillment arrangements.

    10. Delivery and Risk

    You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

    Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address may not be changed.

    For large or heavy Products, the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery.

    You are responsible for making reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment.

    Risk in the Products passes in accordance with applicable law and the applicable delivery arrangement.

    Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

    11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

    Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy.

    Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

    12. Warranty

    Products may be covered by an applicable INNODIGYM limited warranty.

    Warranty coverage, exclusions, procedures, and applicable warranty periods are described in the relevant Home Use Limited Warranty or Commercial Use Limited Warranty.

    13. Promotions and Discount Codes

    Discount codes, promotional offers, gifts, and other incentives may be subject to additional terms.

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • Offers apply only during the stated promotional period;
    • Offers apply only to eligible Products;
    • Free gifts are subject to availability and may be available only while supplies last;
    • Discount codes may not be combined;
    • Promotional offers have no cash value;
    • We may correct obvious promotional or pricing errors.

     

    14. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in the Services, including trademarks, logos, Product designs, software, text, graphics, images, videos, and other content, are owned by or licensed to INNODIGYM unless otherwise indicated.

    You may use the Website and its content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we provide prior written permission.

    You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected materials except as permitted by applicable law or with our written authorization.

    Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
